Return and Refund Policy

• Return Window: Customers have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return.
• Conditions: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
• Exceptions: Perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
• Process: Contact the business email to initiate a return. If accepted, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided.
• EU Cooling Off Period: Customers in the EU have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
